Under the direction of the Senior Learning, Development & Support Manager the Product Support Specialist is responsible for our Professional Displays, Multi-Function Products, and cloud-based support functions. The position would include hotline assistance, QA, assigning trouble/error code assets, writing FAQs and courseware. This candidate will also be corresponding with internal and external customers via email and telephone and performing administrative duties as necessary are also requirements of this position.
