The Associate Manager, Customer Relations Advocate manages customer service and support for assigned key customers and Sharp subsidiaries from point of order entry through delivery with a strong focus on adherence to Corporate Policies, excellence of customer service and reduction of order cycle time. Working in conjunction with Supply Chain, Sales team, and Outsourced 3PL and VMI Operations to provide sales team and customers with insights into their KPI’s, including order status, inventory availability, and tracking. Measures key components of customer service, promotions, credits/debits and the order fulfillment process. Acts as a “voice of customer” for top accounts.
