The Technical Field Engineer/ Managed Network Services Field Technical Representative position is responsible for providing helpdesk end-user support to Sharp Business Systems clients with complex issues in various technical hardware and software issues. The position may work internally on occasion but will normally be asked to perform on site visits in order to diagnose technical issues and suggest corrective actions. Additional duties include diagnosing and resolving technical issues over the phone by using advanced remote management tools and logging tickets into our ticketing database to track time and facilitate tactical report generation.
