Advanced Quality & Compliance Manager

The Advanced Quality & Compliance Manager is responsible to lead the manufacturing plants and Sharp Japan through all types of automotive compliance. This includes all phases of APQP & PPAP including proper capacity planning, Ford Q1 and GM BIQS, IATF 16949, sub-supplier management and more.

The primary mission will be to create and manage gap closure plans for each requirement and then work with the manufacturing plants to achieve complete compliance. As this progresses and the plant starts to become self-sufficient, the responsibility will shift toward management of compliance during start of development and into production, working with Sharp facilities globally. (USA, Europe, Asia Pacific)

The position will primarily support Ford / GM and its Tier-1's but will not be limited to these customers.
