The National Salesforce Administrator will work as part of the HQ Operations team to ensure that SBS is maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features of the salesforce automation platform (Sales and Marketing Cloud). The role will interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand business needs in order to administer and enhance the system accordingly. This person will serve as a second tier for support to local branch administrators and participate in promoting adoption, providing training and having direct ownership for data cleansing. Additionally, the National Salesforce Administrator will perform basic updates, such as add/delete users and develop, test and launch new functionality within the CRM/CPQ environment.
