DELETING A DOCUMENT FROM THE PUBLIC BOX

Overview

Delete a document from the memory box (public box) when it is no longer required.

Operation

Tap the [Others] key, and tap the [Memory Box] key.
Tap the [Polling Memory] tab.
Tap the [Public Box] key from the folder list.
If a document is stored in the public box, is displayed.
Tap the [Empty out Box] key.
If you tap the [Check Image] key on the action panel, you can check the image on the touch panel before it is erased.
Tap the [Yes] key.

  • The document is deleted and you return to the screen of step 2.
  • You can tap the [Image Check] key to check the image in the touch panel before deleting it.
To cancel deleting the document:
Tap the [No] key.
