CHECKING THE DOCUMENT IN THE PUBLIC BOX

You can check the document stored in the machine's memory box (public box) for memory polling.

Operation

  1. Tap the [Others] key, and tap the [Memory Box] key

  2. Tap the [Polling Memory] tab

  3. On the Folder List, tap the [Public Box] key

    If a document is stored in the public box, is displayed.

  4. Tap the [Check Image] key on the action panel to check the document

    Tap the [Print] key to print the document.
