RELAY BROADCAST TRANSMISSION USING F-CODE

Overview

When a document is received by the F-code Relay / Broadcast Transmission, it is stored in the F-code Memory Box (Relay Broadcast) of your machine.
The received document is forwarded to multiple destinations if registered on your machine. The document is forwarded automatically.

  • First, notify the operator of another machine with both the sub-address and passcode of F-code Memory Box (Relay Broadcast) and the destination numbers.
  • Register the destination numbers when you create an F-code Memory Box (Relay Broadcast) on your machine.
  • Transmission is possible regardless of whether or not the destination supports F-code.
  • The other machine (relay host station) is charged only for communication to your machine (relay station). Communication fees for document broadcasting to all destinations is charged to your machine (relay station).
When faxes forwarded using this function are printed at the forwarding destination, the date and time of reception cannot be printed on the faxes. ("Receiving Date & Time Print" is disabled.)
