INFORMATION APPEARING IN THE RESULT COLUMN
Overview
Error types and other information are printed in the result column of transaction and activity reports. When a transaction or activity report is printed, check the result of the transaction in the result column and take action as needed.
Examples of messages that are printed in the result column

| OK | The transaction was completed normally. |
| G3 | Communication took place in G3 mode. |
| ECM | Communication took place in G3 ECM mode. |
| SG3 | Communication took place in Super G3 mode. |
| Forward | Received data was forwarded. |
| No Response | No response from the receiving party. |
| BUSY | Transmission could not begin because the destination line was in use. |
| CANCEL | Communication stopped during transmission. |
| TX MEM. FULL | The memory became full during quick on-line sending. |
| MEM. FULL | The memory became full during reception. |
| LENGTH OVER | The original data could not be received because its length was 1.5 m or more. |
| Original Error | Transmission failed because paper jam occurred during direct transmission. |
| Passcode No. Not Verified | Communication was disconnected because the passcode number was mismatched. |
| No Polling Function on Destination | The polled machine had no polling function. |
| RX POLL FAIL | The destination refused the polling operation, or your machine broke the connection when polled because no data was in polling memory. |
| RX F-CODE POLL FAIL | The destination refused the F-code polling operation, or your machine broke the connection when polled because no data was in F-code poling memory box. |
| F-Code Polling Memory No. Not Verified | The line was disconnected because the sub address was not stored in the F-code memory. |
| F-Code Polling Memory Passcode Not Verified | The line was disconnected because the passcode was not verified in the F-code memory. |
| BOX NO. NG | The line was disconnected upon receipt of a F-code transmission because no memory box with the specified sub address was found. |
| F-Code Passcode Not Verified | Communication was disconnected upon receipt of a F-code transmission because the passcode was not verified. |
| No F-Code Polling Memory on Destination | Your machine tried an F-code polling, but the destination had no polling memory function that supports F-code. |
| No F-Code Function on Destination | Your machine performed an F-code transmission, but the destination did not support F-code. |
| RX F-CODE FAIL | Your machine performed an F-code transmission, but the destination refused it because, for example, the sub address was not verified. |
| Memory Box: [xxxxxx] ****** | Data was received to a confidential or relay broadcast memory box, or data was sent from a memory polling box. The name of the memory box appears in [xxxxxx], and the type of F-code operation (relay request communication, polling memory transmission, or confidential reception) appears in ******. |
| FAIL xx (xxxx) | The transaction failed due to a communication error. First 2 digits of communication error number: Error code from 00 to 99. Last 4 digits of communication error number: Code for use by service technicians. |
| Reject Reception | A fax was sent from a party that has been blocked by the anti junk fax function. |
