Sharp Open Systems Architecture (OSA) is an architecture that enables (external) business applications to be directly connected to a digital multifunction machine over a network.
Using a digital multifunction machine that supports Sharp OSA, operation panel control and device functions such as scan send can be linked to an external application.
There are two types of external applications; "standard application" and "external account application". The "external account application" is an application used for centralized account management of a digital multifunction machine on a network. Other applications are referred to as the "standard application".
