REGISTERING A CUSTOM IMAGE

Overview

This function registers an image to be used as a custom image from the printer driver to the machine.
  • This function is available in a Windows environment.
  • Printer driver PCL6 can use this function.
To disable the registration of custom images:
In "Setting mode (administrator)", select [System Settings] → [Copy Function Settings] → [Copy Function Settings] (tab) → [Disabling Registration of Custom Image].

    Click the [Special Modes] tab

    Select [Custom Image Registration] and click the [Settings] button

    Specify the registration type and name of the custom image

    If [Custom stamp] is selected for the "Registered Type", a non-transparent stamp image in full color is registered. If [Custom watermark] is selected, a transparent watermark image in monochrome is registered.
    If data with multiple pages is selected, only the first page is registered.
