SWITCHING TO ANOTHER PAPER SIZE WHEN PAPER RUNS OUT

Overview

If printing stops because the machine ran out of paper, or if the size of paper specified in the printer driver is not loaded in the machine, a message will appear on the touch panel.
When the paper is loaded in the machine, printing begins automatically. If the paper size you wish to use for printing is not available right away, you can use paper loaded in another tray.
If you switched to a different paper size, resultant print results may not be as expected; for example part of the text or an image may run off the paper.

Operation

    Tap on the Job Management display panel

    Tap the key of the job for which "Paper Empty" is displayed

  3. 2

    Tap the [Reselect Paper] key on the action panel

  4. 2

    Tap the key of the tray containing paper you want to use for printing, and tap icon
