RESENDING TO UNSUCCESSFUL BROADCAST TRANSMISSION DESTINATIONS

The results of a completed broadcast transmission can be checked in the job management screen. If transmission to any destination has failed, you can send to the same destination again.

Operation

  1. Tap the Job Management display, and tap the [Scan] tab

  2. Tap the [Complete] key

  3. After tapping the key of the completed broadcast transmission, tap the [Check Details of Selected Job] key on the action panel

    The details of the job appear.

    • "Broadcast xxxx" will appear as the address of the broadcast job key. The job control number that appeared on the touch panel when scanning ended appears in "xxxx".
    • If the broadcast transmission included destinations of different modes, the same broadcast transmission key will appear in each of those modes.

  4. After tapping the [Failed] tab, tap the [Resend to All Addresses Which Failed in Sending] key on the action panel

    The machine starts resending the image to the unsuccessful broadcast transmission destinations.

    The steps to follow after the [Resend to All Addresses Which Failed in Sending] key is tapped differ depending on whether or not the Document Filing function is used.
    • Using document filing:
      When you enter the unsuccessful destination, you will return to the document filing resend screen.
      Perform the document filing resend procedure. (There is no need to re-scan the original.)
    • When document filing is not used:
      When you enter the unsuccessful destination, you will return to the initial screen. Place the original and perform the steps of the broadcast transmission.
