CANCELING THE CURRENTLY COMMUNICATING OR RESERVED JOBS

You can cancel a job currently being sent or received as well as reserved jobs.

Operation

  1. Tap the Job Management display, and tap the [Scan] tab

  2. Tap the [Job Queue] key

  3. Tap the job that you wish to stop or delete, and then tap the [Stop/Delete] key on the action panel

    To delete more than one job, check the [Enter Multi Selection Mode] box to display on the Action Panel.
  4. When a screen appears that allows you to confirm that you do want to stop the job, tap the [Yes] key

    You cannot cancel a job set for transfer in FORWARDING RECEIVED DATA TO PRESET DESTINATIONS AUTOMATICALLY.
