List Print (User)

Lists showing the settings and information registered in the machine can be printed.
List of Print Types
List name Description
All Custom Setting List Prints all hardware status, software status, printer environment settings, and paper tray settings.
Printer Test Page This is used to print the PCL Symbol Set List, various font lists, and the NIC page (network interface settings, etc.).

  • PCL Extended Font List
  • PS Font List
  • PS Extended Font List
  • NIC Page
Sending Address List Lists can be printed of various addresses stored in the machine.
  • Individual List
  • Group List
  • All Sending Address List
Document Filing Folder List This shows the folder names for document filing.
Paper Settings List The names and settings of all properties registered using Paper Settings can be printed.
  • In "Setting mode (administrator)", select [System Settings] → [Device Control] → [List Prints].
  • Among the All Sending Address Lists, the following items are handled by 2-sided printing on an item basis.
    • Individual List
    • Group List
  • The items that appear will vary depending on the functions that have been added to the machine.
  • You cannot print the printer test page if you have selected, from the "Setting mode (administrator)", [System Settings] → [Printer Settings] → [Default Settings] and if you have set the [Prohibit Test Page Printing] option.
