Standard Application Settings

The standard application settings can be added and controlled.

Adding or editing standard applications

When the [Add] key is tapped, the registration screen for standard applications appears. Up to 8 network folders can be registered.
When you tap a standard application name, the registration screen for that standard application appears. You can now edit it.
List of Set Up Items
Item Description
Application Name Enter an application name.
Application UI Address Set an IP address of the application or a network name to control the UI of the machine.
Timeout Enter a timeout. The default setting is 20 seconds.
Expansion Platform Set this option to use the expansion platform.
Use Proxy Server Set this option to use the proxy server.
Data Size Set the screen size of application on the X and Y coordinates.
Display Format Set the screen of application.

Deleting standard applications

To delete a selected standard application, set the standard application checkbox to and tap the [Delete] key.

External Accounting Application Settings

An external account application can be added and controlled.
Set the server name where you have installed the external accounting application.

Item Description
External Account Control Specifies whether or not to enable the totaling function using an external account application.
If enabled, always enter the application name or Web service address.
Set Authentication Server (Server 1) If the server is set, the external authentication mode is selected. Any access to the MFP is controlled by the application that you set on this page. If set, always enter the application name, application UI address, or Web service address of server 1.
If not set, the external to talling mode is selected.
Enable Image Job Log This item is displayed when you enter a product key of the "Sharp Document Recorder".
Server 1 to 4 Select a server to enable it.
Application Name Enter an application name.
Application UI Address Enter the URL of the login screen to be accessed first when the machine is turned on.
Web Service Address Enter the URL of the server or computer which sends commands and events by XML/SOAP protocol.
Timeout Enter a timeout. The default setting is 20 seconds.
