CHECKING THE DOCUMENT IN THE PUBLIC BOX
Overview
You can check the document stored in the machine's memory box (public box) for memory polling.
To perform this operation, the user must have [Access to Fax Data] permission.
To perform this operation, the user must have [Access to Fax Data] permission. Operation
Tap the [Others] key, and tap the [Memory Box] key. 
Tap the [Polling Memory] tab. 
Tap the [Public Box] key from the folder list. If a document is stored in the public box, 
is displayed.
Tap the [Image Check] key to check the document.
To print the document, tap the [Print] key.
