We are looking for a marketing leader that has a history of partnering with sales (channel and direct), is open to challenging the status quo and understands how to create programs, promotions and experiences that can lead to preference for Sharp within our channel and growth for Sharp and our channel/dealer partners.
Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Director of Marketing Programs and Pricing will be a hands-on leader of a team of marketers focused on our channel programs, events and cross-channel promotional and pricing efforts, among other activities. You and your team will manage a set of external vendors utilized for incentive management, travel, national events and more.
As a lead of the marketing team, you will be cross-functional in nature, and have an eye for mentoring and developing your team of professional marketers. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, that combine an engaging management style with a can-do, roll-up your sleeves mentality to drive team performance to new heights.
