Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Director of Marketing Programs and Pricing is responsible for pulling together and driving financial and pricing programs which will deliver profitable revenue, competitiveness and success for Sharp and our dealer-channel partners. This role is designed around a high-performing marketer, capable of leading the team responsible for these activities to greater success.
Extensive experience with channel, wholesale and bid pricing is essential, as is strong knowledge of financial marketing programs (MDF, Co-Op, Incentives, etc.). Equally critical is a collaborative mindset that can blend field and channel partner knowledge, corporate data analytics and pricing experience/expertise.
Developing and mentoring a team of professional marketers and assisting them with their day-to-day activities is another crucial function of this position. Therefore, the ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, that combine an engaging management style with a can-do, roll-up your sleeves mentality to drive team performance to new heights.
