    1. Fill out the form below to submit a request to return your end-of-life Sharp equipment for recycling
    2. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation and instructional email from Sharp's recycler, Close the Loop

    Please Note:
    • Shipment of equipment is at the customer's expense
    • Table top units can be shipped via UPS, FedEx or similar carrier
    • Floor units are to be shipped via LTL carrier, per Close the Loop's instructions
