Onsite Exchange 2 Day Service(Optional) (Screens Over 60")
With Onsite 2 Day Service, a "like new" refurbished replacement or comparable model and one of our technicians arrives onsite to swap out the failed unit for you. This upgrade coincides with your standard warranty. The replacement model will be sent out for 2nd day (2 business days) shipping (call must be received by 2:00 PM CT to make commitment). The Sharp Onsite technician will arrange an appointment around your schedule to arrive and perform replacement of the failed product. Upon resolving the functional failure, the Sharp Onsite technician will coordinate the return of any defective product to a Sharp authorized return facility. Onsite 2 Day Service is available during the standard warranty period and can be extended 1 to 2 additional years, 5 years maximum. All terms and conditions of the standard limited warranty apply.
