Patrick Green ( IT Infrastructure Manager at Royal Cup Coffee and Tea):

So a cup of coffee is more than a beverage that you may have in the morning or during your break every day. A cup of coffee is a reason to get together with other individuals and socially interact and there's no innovation that doesn't happen without social interaction. This is the green bean warehouse. My name is Patrick Reed. I'm the IT Infrastructure Manager here at Royal Cup Coffee and Tea in Birmingham, Alabama.

Patrick Green is entering the facility and a quick tour of the facility is displayed and the production of the coffee, afterwards Patrick Green is sitting outside on top of the company sign drinking a cup of coffee out of a mug.

Royal Cup Coffee and Tea serves over a million cups of coffee across the continental United States. We got over three tons of coffee we're standing next to right now. Across the street we're building a facility that will house over 1.2 million pounds.

Patrick Green is walking around the facility where he interacts with the coffee finishing at the warehouse storage that is filled with pallets of coffee stored in bags stacked on top of each other.

The biggest thing that IT does is deliver technology to the people in the field and in manufacturing so that we're more efficient and have a higher level of communication and visibility into the process itself.

A montage of clips of Patrick Green interacting with collogues in the office helping troubleshoot with tech problems happening to them.

The AQUOS BOARDs have added a layer of productivity that we just really didn't have in our meetings before. When a presenter gets up and walks to a board and annotates or does something on a board, it brings the room into the presentation versus them just being someone sitting there viewing it. That's I mean that's probably the biggest factor that I've seen that's an impact The other one is is kind of just the wow factor the technology that you have an 80 inch flat screen that you can literally walk up to and touch. And it's just like a computer. Most folks, if it's the first time they've ever seen one or used one, they can walk up to it. And just in a couple of seconds they&'re off and running. Somebody that's considering AQUOS BOARDs needs to get a demonstration. Once you see the capability for you to interact directly with the screen, it adds an intuitive level that you're just not gonna get any other way.

Patrick Green uses the AQUOS BOARD and gives a demo to other colleagues in a conference room, where he highlights the writing capabilities with the pen, the on-screen keyboard, and the save functionality of the board.

My experience with the Sharp MFPs has occurred over the last year. I've had nothing really but positive things to say about them. Reliability has been excellent. I rarely get phone calls from the departments asking for help with jams or putting in toner. We had uh 62 desktop printers. Then we consolidated that down to six Sharp MFPs. You know change is always hard especially when you're taking a printer off of someone's desk. But once folks started to see all the features and benefits that they got from the MFP, secure print, being able to print to one queue and go pick it up from any printer. It's really a simple decision, particularly if you are consolidating from desktop printers or looking at reducing your printer fleet. The ROI on it was dead simple. In addition to that, all of the software and functions and features that you get with the Sharp make it vastly superior to any other products. I said it was gonna be quiet over here and there wasn't gonna be anybody in here.

Patrick Green is shown doing regular maintenance to the Sharp MFPs (multifunction printers), which includes running test prints, loading the paper tray, and restocking ink cartridges.

He then uses the printer to make a photocopy of a document once he has completed the regular maintenance. A forklift appears into the warehouse disrupting the filming.
