Erica Moyer: Hey Erin, how are you?

Erin Byrd: I’m well, how are you?

Erica Moyer: I'm doing great. What a wonderful time to introduce our new Sharp virtual concierge station.

Erin Byrd: It is. I'm Erin Byrd, And I'm here in Charlotte, North Carolina, in our demo room. And I'm here to introduce to you to the Sharp Remote Concierge Station. This was developed by Sharp at the request of a client and response to our new normal. So now we're able to have interaction with Erica virtually. Erica?

Erica Moyer: Yes. Hi guys. My name is Erica Moyer, and I'm a branch sales manager in Charlotte. So I am located right now in my home office in Spartanburg, South Carolina. So I'm close to 90 miles away from Erin in our demo room in Charlotte. So I'm sure even though I'm 90 miles away, I still look larger than life up on the screen.

Erin Byrd walks onto the screen where there are two screens placed side by side. On the right-hand side one there is Erica Moyer displayed on the screen. Erin Byrd turns around to face away from the camera and face Erica Moyer to have a conversation with her.

Erin Byrd: Absolutely Erica. I'm 5'5" and you can see in comparison how large Erica is to me. It's really like she's here in the room and we're able to have a regular, meaningful conversation. Erica, will you share a little about what you see and what I sound and look like to you?

Erica Moyer: Sure. So first of all, I can hear you very clearly. And I can see all of you. So you just see half of me but I see all of you and the environment that you're in. So I see your entire room.

Erin Byrd: Great, and we will share a screenshot of that at the end of this demo. Let's talk a little bit about the solution. What you're looking at Erica on is a 50 inch monitor we're also able to provide this same set up in a 40 inch monitor as well. The monitor is rated to run 24/7 and the whole concierge will come with a three year warranty.

Erin Byrd stands right next to the concierge station for size comparison then returns back to the center facing Erica Moyer.

Erin Byrd: We also have integrated a sound bar with a wide angle camera and a 4 Beam microphone. That way Erica can see the whole room and she can hear and see me very clearly. We have a shuttle PC, which is located on the back and that is how we are able to interact. We are currently using Teams, but you can use whatever platform that you used in your organization.

Erin Byrd touches the sound bar and wide angle camera which is located at the top of the screen.

Erin Byrd: It's also gonna come on a UL untippable stand, and what this means for your organization is that it will easily be able to move throughout your organization into different rooms and have different applications. You're also going to receive a remote and a Logitech Wireless Keyboard. Then all you need is power and you're ready to go. It's as easy as that.

Erica Moyer: Super easy.

Erin Byrd: Yes, and while you know this was created for a receptionist, lobby type of environment. You could really use this in many more ways. You're able to reduce your travel and entertainment expenses by having someone join a meeting virtually. And you still have meaningful interaction. And it really feels like they're in the room.

Erica Moyer: Yep

Erin Byrd: Yes, and while you know this was created for a receptionist, lobby type of environment. You could really use this in many more ways. You're able to reduce your travel and entertainment expenses by having someone join a meeting virtually. And you still have meaningful interaction. And it really feels like they're in the room.

Erin Byrd moves the screen front and back gently and continues to speak to the camera and turning to Erica occasionally. The clip then transition fades into a screenshot of Erica Moyer’s view, which is Erin Byrd in the middle of the demo room.
