Aspen Properties is a boutique real estate company that owns and manages 3.8 million square feet of commercial office space in downtown Calgary and Edmonton. After purchasing The Ampersand, an A-class office complex comprised of three identical towers, Aspen looked to modernize its key spaces, with the atrium as a top priority.
