Mobile App Set Up

Step 1: Download Synappx Go

Once your administrator adds you as a licensed user, you will receive an automatically-generated email prompting you to download the Synappx Go mobile app.

  1. iOS Devices

    Download the Synappx Go app from the Apple® App store.

  2. Open the Synappx Go app. When prompted, enter your Microsoft® 365 or Google credentials to log in.
