Apps for Sharp Workgroup MFP Products (except MX-Cx07, MX-C357F, MX-B427, MX-B467, MX-Bxx7 Series)

The following embedded MFP applications provide extended features such as mobile-based user authentication and "No Login" access. The applications are available through the application portal or your authorized Sharp dealers.

• Synappx Go (to unlock MFP)

  Applicable Models: Supported Sharp Workgroup MFP Products (except MX-Cx07, MX-C357F, MX-B427, MX-B467, MX-Bxx7 Series)

  Description: Enables use of Synappx Go scan, copy, and print features for MFPs locked with native MFP authentication or external authority applications such as PaperCut MF.

  Note: This application does not have a front panel UI.

• Synappx Go – No login (Copy and Scan)

  Applicable Models: Supported Sharp Workgroup MFP Products (except MX-Cx07, MX-C357F, MX-B427, MX-B467, MX-Bxx7 Series)

  Download Links: This application is available through the application portal or your authorized Sharp dealer.

  Note: The application portal is not supported to update older version to the new Synappx Go (No Login) app (v. 1.0.37.0). Please manually uninstall the older version and install the new version.

  Description: Enables Synappx Go No Login features for remote scan to email and copy leveraging a Synappx QR code on supported Sharp Workgroup MFPs.

Apps for Sharp Workgroup Desktop MFP Products MX-Cx07, MX-C357F, MX-B427, MX-B467, MX-Bxx7 Series

The following MFP applications provide extended features such as scan and copy, mobile-based user authentication, and "No Login" access. The applications are available through the Sharp download web page or your authorized Sharp dealers.

• Synappx Go (For select Sharp Desktop MFP models)

  Applicable Models: MX-Cx07, MX-C357F, MX-B427, MX-B467, MX-Bxx7 Series

  Description: Enables scan and copy as well as mobile-based user authentication by Synappx Go, ID card, or manual entry on select Sharp Desktop MFPs (MX-Cx07, MX-C357F, MX-B427, MX-B467, MX-Bxx7 Series). The package includes a USB driver for a keyboard emulation device (ID card reader).

  Note: This application does not have a front panel UI.

• Synappx Go with ID Card Reader (For select Sharp Desktop MFP models)
