System Requirements

Synappx Go Major Components

Cloud Service Provider

Organizations using Synappx Go must have either a Microsoft® 365 or G Suite environment. The provider is designated at sign-up. If an organization uses both Microsoft 365 and G Suite, the administrator must choose one cloud service provider for Synappx to synchronize with the calendar (Synappx Meeting) and users (Meeting and Go).

Synappx Go Prerequisites and Requirements

    • All users must have Microsoft® 365 or G Suite accounts
    • All users must be in Microsoft® Azure Active Directory (AD) or G Suite Directory
    • First administrator to log in must have Microsoft Azure AD or G Suite admin privileges
    • Supports 2500 users
  • Mobile Application

    • Apple® iPhones® with NFC support and iOS 11 or later: 7/7+, 8/8+, X, XR, XS, XS Max
    • Android™ versions: 8.0 to 10.0, NFC support 
  • NFC Tags

  • MFP Agent

    • Microsoft® Windows 10 or greater or Windows Server 2016 or 2019, 32- or 64-bit
    • Microsoft® .NET Framework 4.7.2 or higher
    • Minimum 4GB RAM
    • Minimum 75MB disk space (Requirements can vary based on the number of users and print jobs that the Agent supports.)
    • Internet connectivity

    Display Agent

    • Display computer or Shuttle® PC with Windows 10 or greater, 32- or 64-bit
    • Microsoft® .NET Framework 4.7.2 or higher
    • Minimum 4GB RAM
    • Minimum 10MB disk space
    • Microsoft 365 client applications (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and other apps (e.g., video viewer) for files that will be downloaded
    • Adobe® Portable Document Format (PDF) reader for Google files (view only)
    • Internet connectivity
  • Admin Portal

    • Browser-based, supported on Google Chrome™ and Microsoft Edge (latest versions)
