Configuration Steps

Download the Synappx Collaboration Hub Installer

Note: Be sure to allow pop-ups on your web browser (Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge) before downloading the agent.

A single Synappx Collaboration Hub Installer is available to facilitate installation.

From the Synappx Go Admin Portal, select Agents and then Downloads.

Select Synappx Collaboration Hub Installer.
Select Download to download the installer to the admin PC or target PC/server.

Note: Before following the steps, ensure the prerequisites are met.

Add Workspaces

Allocate Licenses

Install Synappx Go Display Agent on an In-Room PC

Associate a Room Display and Agent to a Workspace

Associate NFC Tags

Install the Synappx Go App on the In-Room PC

Install Client Applications on the In-Room PC

Add Users and Assign Licenses
