How It Works

Starting an Ad Hoc Meeting

The Synappx Go Meet Now + feature can coordinate ad hoc meetings. You can create the invite with all the necessary components. [View Image]

Key components include:

  • Subject
  • Web Conference Type
  • Attendees
  • Location

When you click Start:

  • The invite with the web conference information will be sent to attendees.
  • The room is booked when available.
  • The web conference session is started and connects all key technology components (display, camera/audio) in the room.

Tap the NFC tag or scan the QR code, the workspace, and the last used web conference information auto-populates. If the workspace is reserved for the next 15 minutes, you will receive a notice that the workspace is not available.
