How It Works
Launch on Display Mode
By pairing your laptop with the display, you can automatically launch a meeting both on a meeting room display and on your laptop. The audio and camera on a meeting room display will activate via the web conference started on the in-room PC and help establish instant connections with attendees. You will also receive remote controls on the meeting room display from your laptop to help conduct efficient meetings.
Note: Your PC must be connected to the Internet.

Starting a Meeting
When you select a meeting to start, a pairing code is requested. Enter the pairing code displayed on the meeting room display. The same pairing code cannot be used for multiple meetings as the pairing code is refreshed at the end of the meeting to ensure secure connections. [View Image]
During a Meeting and In-Room Control
When the meeting is started, the meeting room camera is enabled via web conference, establishing a connection with on-site and remote audiences. You can remotely control a web conference on the meeting room display using the Synappx Go application. [View Image]

Your laptop screen can be shared with remote audiences and on a meeting room display using the screen share feature of the web conference.
